Google Analytics data provides a snapshot visual representation of common reporting types and can be beneficial for a quick overview. The charts and graphs can also be exported for convenient storing.
Please note that the earliest start date for Google Analytics data is January 26, 2025 and will only begin tracking from the date your account has upgraded to the Infobase Platform. Usage prior to these dates may be found in other report types (i.e. COUNTER reports).

Accessing Google Analytics Reporting
- Log into the Admin Portal. The log-in information is available to authorized Admins upon request to productsupport@infobase.com.
- Under the resource placard "Infobase Platform," click the option "Reports".
- Then within the Reports Dashboard, click on "Google Analytics" or "Go To Report".
- Select the date range then "Run Report".
- "Last 12 months" is not available to select; the earliest start date for Google Analytics data is January 26, 2025 and will only begin tracking from the date your account has upgraded to the Infobase Platform.

Data Types
Users: Users who have initiated at least one session during the date range.
Page Views: The total number of pages viewed. Repeated views of a single page are counted.
Average Session Duration: The average length of a Session.
Top Pages: The top-ten pages on which users are active.
Browsers: The count and percentage of users for each browser.
Devices: The count and percentage of users for each device (desktop, mobile or tablet).
New Users: The number of first-time users during the selected date range.
Top Referrals: The top-ten outside sources that drove traffic to the site.
Top Search Terms: The top-ten search terms used in the main site search.
Exporting Data
Each data type has an "Export" button which will download to your computer (with the exception of Average Session Duration as this is not a chart). Visual pie charts and graphs will download as .png image files, whereas text-based charts will download as .csv files.
