Why can't I browse by titles anymore?
Although a designated button is not yet available, rest assured you can still browse a complete title list in a variety of ways: complete A-Z, by relevancy, by collection, and more! Please see this article to see how.
I can't log into my personal user account that I used before the update. - Was my account removed?
No, all existing user accounts were migrated from the previous to the new platform. If you are experiencing any issue logging in, please follow our log-in issues article or reach out to us at productsupport@infobase.com for further support.
Did all of my saved contact in my personal user account get carried into the new platform?
Yes! Our technical team has performed extensive testing to ensure that personal user content migrates into the platform, and you will not lose any content. If it appears empty, please email productsupport@infobase.com and we will quickly sort it out.
When I perform a search, why do the results appear differently than the previous platform?
Our team has introduced a new search engine to better refine the search results and provide you with more relevant results. You may notice a minor difference in search results due to these improvements.
In the Subjects tab, the list of subject options are not identical to what I had. Did I lose material?
We recently streamlined our subjects by consolidating a larger list into a more concise set, so what you are seeing is due to the difference in how we've constructed our taxonomy. This makes search results more accurate and consistent, but it can also mean fewer results appear than before. We will continue to add further search terms in the topics list which may closer align to how you are used to navigating. If you notice any subjects or results that seem unexpected, please share examples with us for review.
Can I change the content shown in the homepage or the sliders?
While there isn't currently an option for you to customize your homepage, our team is exploring enhancements. If you wish to see a specific subject in a slider, let us know! We look forward to your input. Or as an alternate form of a "custom slider," you can create your own folder and add content to share with others.
In Credo Reference, where is the ability to search within a title?
Unfortunately, this hasn't been added yet but it is on the development roadmap.
