Bloom's Literature Educational Tools are resources created to help educators make better, more effective use of Bloom's content in the classroom, and to provide students with useful research tips. Included in the educational tools are tool kits, topic centers, and timelines which are detailed below.

Tool Kit

Each Topic Center features specially selected content, including overview articles, videos, lists of major authors and literary works, and more - all designed to provide users with a starting point for research on a specific subject.

Shakespeare Center
This innovative student resource provides an in-depth, multimedia guide to all of William Shakespeare's plays and poems, including a comprehensive overview of every play, performance videos, an extensive library of criticism from the sixteenth century to the present, research and writing advice, and much more, along with a library of material covering Shakespeare's life and times, his contemporaries, his stage, his language, and many other related topics.
While browsing the content, the background information is listed at the top, followed by a list of plays, sonnets, and poems which may contain the following:
- Articles types:

- Analysis & Criticism - In-depth character studies, difficulties of the play, analysis of key or difficult passages, critical articles by noted scholars, the play today, selected by Harold Bloom, images and illustrations

Timelines
Allows users to visualize historical context through keyword searches and adjustable timeframes, linking directly to resources for a deeper dive.
Click on Timelines from within the Tools tab, then select one to open the interactive timeline which resembles the following. Continue below to view instructions for navigating the timeline.
- After choosing a timeline, click on the fullscreen icon near the bottom to enlarge (or shrink) the window.
- If desired, enter a keyword search to narrow the results.
- Move the sliders at the top to manipulate the timeframe.
- Click anywhere and drag to move your view.
- Use the +/- buttons at the bottom to zoom in or out.
- To see more on a specific item, click on the item which will link out to resources.
- Click the "x" in the upper-right corner or the Esc key to exit fullscreen mode.
